Headquartered in Tulsa, Oklahoma, IPS was incorporated in December 1986 and commenced operations in February 1987, serving petro-chemical, energy, energy-related and general construction industries. All materials for distribution are purchased from qualified domestic and import manufacturing sources to meet the specific requirements of our customers.
